CHIEF ENGINEER

We are now recruiting for passionate hoteliers to join our dynamic team in Melaka!

Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring the overall efficiency of the entire Hotel in the implementation of procedures for services, such as a maintenance care program throughout the year, equipment & property care, and supervision of a team of trained technicians.

Responsibility

Oversees the operation of all relevant technical systems and the regular inspection of plants and other technical operations. Ensures that the preventive maintenance program is implemented according to schedule. Recommends any adjustment/modification regarding the system to achieve improvement. To be responsible for the administration and management of M & E services and property management. To liaise with local statutory governmental organizations with matters pertaining to, including but not limited to, the use of utilities such as water, gas, and electricity, licensing, inspection, and testing to satisfy Statutory requirements of all engineering systems. Ensures all term contractors' works meet the scope, terms, and conditions as specified and agreed in the maintenance/works contracts.
Requirement

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple programs, ongoing projects, and staff members. Ability to meet deadlines and ensure thorough completion of assignments
