Chief Finance Officer [investment]
Job Description
Lead and organize the company's internal audit work across domestic, Southeast Asian, and Hong Kong entities; take primary responsibility for planning overseas capital deployment; oversee tax planning; prepare annual comprehensive financial plan; establish financial management system; supervise preparation of financial statements; provide advice on major business activities.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related major from a top-tier university (985/211 or equivalent)
- Over 8 years of financial management experience
- At least 5 years in a similar leadership role
- Prior work experience in Southeast Asia or participation in Southeast Asia projects
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management, tax planning, and fund allocation
- Solid experience in investment and financing with access to financial resources
- Strong skills in financial analysis, forecasting, investment, financing, and risk control
- Familiarity with national financial and taxation policies and relevant laws and regulations
- High level of integrity and strong sense of responsibility
Preferred
- CPA qualification preferred
- Southeast Asia auditing experience is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM25,000.00 - RM37,000.23 per month
