Job Description

Salary: Up to MYR 19,500

Location: Johor

Requirements:

Must possess a degree from a reputable university and relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MIA).

A proven track record of financial leadership and management is preferable.

Strong expertise in financial analysis, budget management, and financial reporting.

Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.

Ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential.

Experience with IPO preparation and listing requirements is highly desirable.

Sound knowledge of local and international financial reporting standards and compliance requirements in Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and sustainability.

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in accordance with standards and regulations.

Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decision-making.

Implement and maintain internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.

Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Manage relationships with banks, investors, and key partners.

Monitor financial performance, cash flow, and KPIs, providing recommendations for improvement.

Lead IPO preparation and other corporate finance initiatives like restructuring.
