\xc2\xb7 Base in KL and sometimes in Melaka. \xc2\xb7 Summarize, revalue and reorganize the company\xe2\x80\x99s assets and properties for better investment and future planning. \xc2\xb7 Research on business M&A, acquisition new business or investment \xc2\xb7 To research on means of fund raising/corporate exercises without significant dilution to equity. \xc2\xb7 To recommend and implement best practices to Corporate Governance, Risk Management, compliances, and corporate affair related to the company. \xc2\xb7 To review monthly management account, quarterly reporting, and announcements before release to Bursa Malaysia \xc2\xb7 To assist Chairman and MD to implement and monitor the business target and strategy focusing to grow revenue and profit. \xc2\xb7 To attend to any inquiries arising from audit and tax. \xc2\xb7 Review and offer quality / feasible accounting and finance solutions to MD/Chairman \xc2\xb7 Identified business processes\xe2\x80\x99 weaknesses and give suggestions to control improvement and to assist the Chairman and MD, leading to corporate affair, corporate exercise such as right issue, private placement, ESOS, mergers & acquisitions and any other related exercise. Job Requirement: \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance Analysis / Accountancy (CIMA, ACCA) / Banking and Business Studies or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 At least 5 year(s) of working experience in a PLC (related field) is required for this position and ability to start immediately is an added advantage. Schedule \xc2\xb7 Monday to Friday, other duty base on special requirement only. Language \xc2\xb7 Knowledge in Mandarin is added advantage.
