Open Position: Chief Financial Officer (IPO - Retail)
A Malaysian company seeking to be publicly listed on Bursa Malaysia is hiring for Chief Financial Officer, to be based in Butterworth, Penang office.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or professional qualification in the accounting and finance field
- Brings at least 15 years work experience, which includes 5 years working in the capacity of a CFO or Senior Management role in a large organization
- Experience in leading the company through an IPO with prior IPO experience
- Familiarity with the IPO process and possesses strong knowledge of Bursa Malaysia reporting requirements
- Exposure in the Retail industry would be an added advantage
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
