We're hiring a

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

to lead all finance, accounting, treasury, and compliance functions. This role will shape our financial strategy, drive business performance, and prepare the company for IPO.

We're seeking a strategic finance leader with strong expertise in

corporate finance, planning, and governance

, ideally from the

retail, FMCG, or F&B

industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee finance, accounting, treasury, risk, compliance, and reporting functions. Develop and implement financial strategies that align with corporate goals. Provide financial insights and analytics to support business decisions and performance improvement. Manage capital allocation, fundraising, and investor relations. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team. Support the company and bring the company for an IPO.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in a complex, growth-oriented organization. Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial planning, and risk management. Preferrably fluent in English and Mandarin.

Industry background in retail/FMCG/ F&B is preferred.

Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent)

highly regarded. Experience in bring a company for IPO and managing public listed companies

Must be a MIA member.

Pay: RM276,000.00 - RM300,000.00 per year
