Job Description


Seeking an exceptional Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the HR function. As the CHRO, you will be a vital member of the executive leadership team, contributing to the development and execution of the corporate strategy. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing a high-performance culture and driving talent strategies that empower the organization to achieve its ambitious goals.

Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the executive team to shape and execute the company\'s strategic vision, aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives.

Talent Acquisition and Management: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Oversee performance management, employee development, and succession planning programs.

Culture and Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of innovation, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction.

Organizational Development: Lead efforts to design and implement organizational structures and processes that support scalability, efficiency, and growth.

Total Rewards: Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness in attracting and retaining talent while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including labor practices, employment contracts, and HR policies.

Change Management: Provide leadership in managing organizational change and transformation efforts, including mergers, acquisitions, and integrations.

HR Technology: Evaluate and implement HR technology solutions to streamline HR processes and enhance data-driven decision-making

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
  • With over 10 years working experience within Human Resources & 5 years managerial experience.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fintech industry dynamics, trends, and talent requirements.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • A track record of building and leading high-performing HR teams.
  • Demonstrated success in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
