Strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations to align marketing with business goals.
Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches, pricing, and promotions.
Ensure marketing tools and materials support sales and brand positioning.
Lead and motivate the marketing team to drive innovation and accountability.
Set clear KPIs and align team goals with corporate priorities.
Manage annual marketing budget for efficiency and ROI.
Monitor KPIs and report insights and recommendations to management.
Ensure compliance with policies, branding, and governance standards.
Partner with senior executives, including the CPRO, to ensure consistent messaging.
Advise management on market expansion, diversification, and innovation.
Represent the company at industry events and forums to enhance visibility.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing or brand management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Demonstrated success in strategic marketing, brand building, and market expansion within a corporate or multinational environment.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, partners, and media.
Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, market analysis, and brand strategy.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
High proficiency in presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
