About the Role
As the Chief Operating Officer COO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Group operational strategies. You'll lead multiple business units, drive performance excellence, and ensure seamless alignment between day-to-day operations and the Group's long-term strategic goals. This is a key leadership position for a results-driven and visionary professional who thrives in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
Experience & Expertise
Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior operational or leadership role.
Proven track record in driving business transformation, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Strong background in budget management, business planning, and performance improvement.
Education & Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
A Master's Degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and direction across operational business units within the Group.
Translate corporate strategies into actionable operational plans that drive growth, efficiency, and sustainability.
Oversee business performance and ensure operational initiatives are effectively implemented to achieve strategic objectives.
Champion innovation and the use of technology to improve processes, productivity, and profitability.
Develop and execute sustainable operational strategies, ensuring sound financial management and business continuity.
Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement optimization initiatives across departments.
Drive profitability by managing budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance in line with Group goals.
Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to support business objectives.
Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams to deliver operational excellence and uphold the company's core values.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
Serve as a key advisor to the Group Managing Director, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
