Cashku is a digital financial planning app owned by Advisonomics Sdn Bhd. Advisonomics is a registered financial planning company, specializing in providing Financial Advisory services. We are now looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to bring operational, managerial and administrative procedures, reporting structures and operation controls to the company. The COO will effectively communicate and foster growth among the executive team and all employees. This is a vital leadership role that will drive results, spur growth and increase the overall efficiency of the corporation. Duties and Responsibilities Shape and oversee the systems, processes and people to ensure operations are seamless and straight-through Implement strategies established by senior management team Assess and enhance the efficiency of internal and external operational processes Spearhead recruitment and improve human capital Establish policies to promote company culture and vision Establish, Monitor and Improve KPIs of employees while performing continuous performance Ensure compliance standards are being met at all times and address regulator\'s feedbacks Skill and Qualification Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance or other relevant field Proven experience in a senior executive role In-depth understanding of the industry and the workings of different departments of a company, including finance, sales and human resources Outstanding written and oral communication skills Strategic planning and business development
