Job Description

The Chief Project Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of new vehicle programs and supporting the manufacturing processes for ongoing production.

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, logistics, and quality, to ensure alignment and effective project delivery
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years\' experience in automotive manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a project management role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly, welding, and stamping
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Primavera
