Job Description

Operational 1. To direct, coordinate and supervise the activities of all security personnel. 2. To prepare daily incident reports, requisitions and other inter office memos and ensure that all allegations of the crime and other incidents are investigated and recorded. 3. To liaise with Department Heads to ensure staffs are adhering to established security procedures. 4. To coordinate with police authorities in the investigation and handling of crimes, accidents, etc., involving the premise, its staff and / or visitors. 5. To perform all tasks consistently in line with the UWL\'s standards and adhere to all legal and statutory requirements. 6. To ensure building premises including aquarium, staff quarters and surrounding areas in UWL Complex are safe for visitors and staff. 7. To ensure orderly traffic control within UWL Complex. 8. To prepare and maintain daily Security Reports. 9. To plan and implement Security Measure in UWL Complex. 10. To present UWL in Security Council meetings. 11. To arrange Security Coursers for UWL staff.
