About the role We seek a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive the technology strategy and execution for our learning and skills platform. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and forward-thinking individual with a proven track record in developing and deploying cutting-edge B2B technology solutions. As the CTO, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of HRtech by leveraging technology to shape and deliver impactful learning. Your key responsibilities Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with the Company\'s goals Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and scalable solutions Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical specifications and features, and align technology initiatives with business objectives Design and implement a scalable and secure technology architecture for our learning platform, considering current and future needs Stay abreast of emerging trends, evaluating their potential impact on our platform Implement and enforce robust data security and privacy measures to safeguard user information and comply with relevant regulations Drive research initiatives to identify and integrate innovative technologies that enhance the effectiveness and relevance of our learning programs Provide visionary leadership to the Technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement Act as a technology evangelist, promoting the importance of technology in achieving educational outcomes The ideal candidate Holds a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Has proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology or product lead role Possesses a strong background in software development, technology architecture, and product management Has relevant expertise with B2B SaaS products, especially in the HRtech or edutech industries (e.g., LXP, LMS, HRIS) Demonstrates success in leading and scaling technology teams, including outsourced or remote teams Employs excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Is a strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging technology to drive outcomes Is passionate about transforming learning through innovative solutions
