He or she will be leading a brigade team of passionate stewarding colleagues.Requirements

• At least 2 years\' experience in a similar capacity
• Fluent in oral and written English and local dialects, an added advantage.
• Good working knowledge and experience in Food Safety Management - HACCP procedures and controls
• Good leadership quality, a team builder and a good trainer.
• Creative and passionate and leads by example.
• Willing to work flexible hours
