Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
8+ years in media, advertising, PR, or consulting. 3+ years in strategic management.
Senior media planning experience is a significant plus.
Strong strategic thinking, market insight & innovation mindset.
Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Malaysia's business strategies aligned with group objectives.
Drive and manage media growth plans & generate advertising solutions.
Lead corporate communications and PR to enhance brand influence.
Mentor and develop a high-performing, professional team.
