MohonKelayakanWe are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with a deep understanding of coding, software architecture, and systems, while also possessing exceptional leadership skills to manage and inspire a team, and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.Experience :

• Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technical leadership role, with a strong background in software development, architecture, and systems design.
• At least 10 years of experience managing a technical team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
• Experience with a wide range of technologies, tools, and development practices (e.g., web and mobile development, cloud platforms, agile methodologies).
• Familiarity with managing large-scale, complex projects and delivering on time.

Technical Skills :

• Strong understanding of relevant programming languages, e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, etc., software development processes, and coding best practices.
• Experience with cloud services, server architecture, data storage, and network infrastructure.
• Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns, and ability to assess and improve code quality.
• Ability to assess risks, scalability, and long-term technical implications.

Leadership & Management Skills :

• Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse, talented technical team.
• Experience in creating and driving strategic plans, as well as setting and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strong decision-making abilities, capable of balancing short-term goals with long-term strategy.
• Outstanding communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Education :

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

TanggungjawabTechnical Oversight & Code Understanding :

• Provide hands-on leadership, offering technical guidance and insight into development processes.
• Oversee the architecture and design of the company's products and services, ensuring they align with business goals.
• Review and ensure the quality and performance of code written by the development team, and assist with complex problem-solving.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the industry, evaluating their potential application to the company's projects.

Team Management & Leadership :

• Lead, mentor, and grow the technology team, including developers, engineers, and technical staff.
• Develop a high-performing team culture, fostering collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Define team goals, individual development plans, and performance metrics.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new technical team members.
• Ensure efficient workflows, proper delegation of tasks, and continuous professional development of the team.

Strategic Direction & Company Leadership :

• Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to define and implement the overall strategic vision for the company, ensuring technology is aligned with business goals.
• Play a key role in budgeting, resource allocation, and forecasting within the technology department.
• Ensure that all technical aspects of the company are compliant with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Make key decisions about technology investments, infrastructure, and tools to scale the business.

Collaboration Across Departments :

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other departments to ensure seamless integration between technology and business initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to translate technical concepts into understandable business solutions.
• Ensure the technology team is responsive to changes in priorities, product requirements, and customer feedback.
