Location : Kuala LumpurSalary : RM 30,000 - 40,000job descriptionResponsibilities:

• Technical Planning and Decision Making:

• Develop technology roadmaps, make critical technical decisions to ensure the forward-looking and competitive edge of products.
• Architecture Design and Optimization:

• Organize platform architecture design and upgrades, optimize system performance to ensure high concurrency, load, and availability.
• Team Building and Management:

• Build and manage technical teams, enhance team quality, efficiency, and technical capabilities to achieve software development goals.
• Comprehensive Technical Background:

• Experience in developing high concurrency, load, and availability systems.
• Sense of Responsibility and Stress Resistance:

• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to think clearly under pressure.
• Full Lifecycle Development Capability:

• Manage the entire process from design, documentation, development, quality management, testing, tuning to product release.

Required Technical Skills:

• Bachelor\'s degree or above in Computer Science or related field
• Over 10 years of development experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in large team management or technical management in renowned solutions companies.
• Proficiency in Java/go programming languages.
• Proficient in HTML, capable of front-end development.
• Familiar with distributed storage systems, able to achieve high concurrency response.
• Understanding of load balancing technology within systems.
• Familiarity with basic network communication protocols such as TCP/IP, Socket, RTP.
• Knowledge of search engine technologies like Solr (Lucene) for high-speed retrieval services.
• Familiarity with container technology such as Linux and Docker virtualization.
• Expertise in database development with practical experience in database performance optimization.
