- Highest authority in the company in terms of technical information. - Technology transfer from one French OEM to Malaysia. - Develop the next generation IT System in the company to focus on meeting requirements higher than the local demand in terms of communication and company development. - Development of international relations between Elektro Serve and OEM, spare parts vendors, manufacturers to upgrade the internal facilities. - Transfer of standards to meet international requirements in our scope of work. - EPC (Engineering Procurement Commissioning) for new equipment related to our scope of work such as special power tools including automation and control, complete set of modules (eg: Emergency genset, Induction motor module\xe2\x80\xa6) cooling calculation for heavy rotating equipment. - International business development. - Marketing strategies (international exhibitions,..) - Technical trainings internal and also external
