Job Description
- Preparing daily meals for a whole house of up to 20 pax, with the aid of a kitchen helper
- Arrange special/immediate meals based on director preferences or body conditions
- Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment.
- Inspect the quality and freshness of ingredients and to discard all expired foods.
- Purchase ingredients based on the assigned budget.
