Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end (360) recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Ensure HR processes comply with local employment laws and company policies.
Manage HR admin tasks: employee records, leave, payroll coordination, benefits, and reporting.
Support employee relations, performance management, and engagement activities.
Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of employment law.
Finance/insurance industry background preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin & English.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Pay: RM4,400.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
