Human Resource Executive

to manage HR operations from our main office and support our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and leave management. Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and compliant. Oversee statutory submissions and compliance with

EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp

, and other labour requirements. Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters with professionalism. Coordinate staff performance appraisals, training, and development initiatives. Support management in manpower planning and HR policy implementation. Provide HR support to both clinic branches, while primarily based at the main office. Assist with employee engagement programs and welfare activities to foster a positive work culture.

Requirements

Minimum

5 years of working experience

in Human Resources. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or equivalent. Sound knowledge of

Malaysian Employment Act

and HR compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
