TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Start the shift from cleaning checklist
Executing all tasks according to its procedures
Executing opening and closing procedures as prescribe
Checking every incoming stocks / deliveries made to the outlet by internal deliveries and or third-party suppliers, for damages, items counts, correct items, and other physical properties and reporting it accordingly to the senior management
Storing the stocks / inventories according to FIFO methods and at its designated locations
Informing the management about low inventories level
Making sure all the necessary items are readily available
Producing the product according to management standard
Making sure the required products are always available to sell
Offering samples to customers
Making sure the workplace is clean all the time
Executing scheduled cleaning tasks (daily, weekly, and monthly) according to the procedures
Maintaining good personal hygiene (short nails, short hair, no jewelleries worn, clean apron, clean uniform)
Always wearing the approved uniforms during working hours (cap, t-shirt, long pants, covered shoes, apron)
Taking care of the company’s property in good working order
Reporting to the senior management for any violations or misconducts made by other team members (including the immediate superior)
