Your daily activities will consist of developing of our brand in the city and increasing the number of orders and profits, as well as delivering a first rate customer service. KEY TASKS:

• Constantly analyze the local market trends and competition, evaluate results of your research and develop an effective strategy for business development;
• Be at the front of advertising/promotional campaigns, organize the work of promoters to increase the brand awareness;
• Build long-lasting partnerships with local businesses, like cafes, restaurants, hotels and shops, to expand our reach and form new business connections;
• Manage local operations in the office, train and motivate the team to provide the best service to our clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field;
• Knowledge of English language at least at intermediate level (B2);
• Experience in Sales, Team Management (Business Development experience will be a big plus);
• Goal-oriented team leader with strong analytical skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
