Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage all company projects related to Facility Engineering Maintenance, ensuring equipment and systems are well-maintained and delivered in good condition to clients. Supervise subcontractor work, coordinate with vendors/suppliers, and handle client complaints or issues. Liaise with authorities (DOSH, BOMBA, etc.) to ensure compliance with statutory regulations. Prepare and submit required project documents, reports, and maintenance records (PPM, DCA, CWMS) within set timelines. Ensure PPM, Routine Inspections, breakdown repairs, and work requests are completed as scheduled. Oversee quality of works, defect rectifications, and participate in testing & commissioning with timely reporting. Conduct weekly site visits, prepare audit reports, and attend meetings with clients (Pre-VCM, VCM, etc.). Maintain proper project records and provide support to other regions when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in civil works or maintenance projects. Knowledge of structural design, materials, and relevant codes/regulations. Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage. Strong problem-solving, site supervision, and coordination skills. Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia, and willing to travel.
