POSITION:

SITE ENGINEER BASED IN KUALA TERENGGANU

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Able to start work with short notice period Male candidate ONLY (30-45 years) Possess own vehicle with valid license Detail-oriented, able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines Possess a strong sense of sensibility, commitment, and discipline Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision Able to ready drawing in AutoCAD or other related software Comply with site safety requirements Can use laptop and able to use basic Microsoft words, excel, project and etc

JOB SCOPE:

Prepared documentations for permit to work application before commencement work Prepare bi-weekly and monthly report Prepared Material Approval Form including submission of catalogue, material approval and etc Handle defects liability period rectifications Liaise with consultants, domestic sub-contractors, nominated sub-contractor and client Site valuations or measurement for claim and payment to subcontractor Prepared cost-effective plan and detailed work schedule for completion of project. Attend kick off meetings/weekly meetings/management meetings if necessary Responsible for daily on-site supervision and coordination. Responsible to supervise workers and sub-contractors by monitoring and controlling their performance and
quality of works.

Overseeing the overall site progress to ensure works are in compliance to the defined standard and drawing. Ensure all drawings are prepared and checked. To assist in carrying out inspections. Maintain healthy and safe work environment. Management of material, plants and equipment. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities assigned by superior. Willing to relocate

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Certificate.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 3 years in Civil, Infra, Building Work & Interior Design

SALARY:

RM2800.00 - RM3,500.00 Not Including Over Time

BENEFIT:

Transportation Allowance, medical allowance provided, KWSP, SOCSO and yearly bonus.

WORKING HOURS:

Sunday - Thursday = 8.30am to 5.30pm

Friday = 8.30am to 12.30pm
