Job responsibilities: 1. Assemble and manage a team of professionals for successful project execution 2. To coordinate various parties to ensure smooth progress of works 3. Lead construction meetings on all projects. Serve as liaison between the client 4. Develop project schedules and monitor progress 5. Accurately report and forecast project budgets and schedules 6. Adhere to all project management processes that are applicable for each project 7. To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior. Job requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Construction Management / Project Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent construction or engineering qualification. 2. At least 3 years of work experience in construction field is required for this position. 3. Able to communicate well in Mandarin and English. 4. Possess own transport and willing to travel. 5. Possess strong communication skills, patient at work. 6. Able to work under pressure and lead the team. 7. Full-Time position(s) available. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
