\xef\xbf\xbd\xef\xbf\xbd JOB DESCRIPTION : \xe2\x80\xa2 To carry out structural (building) engineering designs works. \xe2\x80\xa2 To attend site meetings and conduct site inspections. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with consultants on project related technical issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 To supervise foreign workers at construction site \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards \xe2\x80\xa2 Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development \xe2\x80\xa2 Determine and present estimates of operational costs \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate operations and processes \xe2\x80\xa2 Test material and structural integrity \xe2\x80\xa2 Incorporate eco-friendly and sustainable features into design plans \xe2\x80\xa2 Create graphical representations of proposed solutions \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare proposal documents and presentations \xe2\x80\xa2 Compile and present reports explaining project details to non-technical stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards \xe2\x80\xa2 Direct engineering activities, assign tasks and provide training and support \xe2\x80\xa2 Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcome \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify problems at project sites and provide technical support and recommendations to resolve the problems \xe2\x80\xa2 Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among team members and being supportive and working effectively together .
