Job Description

1. Plan and prepare the material delivery schedule, plant & machinery requirement schedule and sub-contractor procurement schedule. 2.Review sub-contractors work methodologies. 3.Manage, monitor and control progress / schedule and quality of work. 4.Manage, monitor and control usage of materials, plant and machinery. 5.Liaison / correspondence with all stakeholders on all project related matters. 6.Liaise with authorities / consultants to obtain timely approvals. 7.Resolving technical and/or constructional problems. 8.Site management viz. allocation of duties to site team / subordinates. 9.Prepare, maintain and update progress report (fortnightly, monthly, weekly, etc.). 10.Attend all project / site meetings and highlight any matters requiring the attention of client/consultant. Job requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Construction / Project Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent construction or engineering qualification. 2. At least 3 years of work experience in construction field is required for this position. 3. Able to communicate well in Mandarin and English. 4. Possess own transport and willing to travel. 5. Possess strong communication skills, patient at work. 6. Able to work under pressure and lead the team. 7. Full-Time position(s) available. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
