Job Description
Responsibilities
Support the project team in planning, monitoring, and controlling daily site activities. Supervise and lead contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of construction works. Track, report, and control project progress against targets. Plan, execute, and monitor site activities within set timelines and quality standards. Oversee daily documentation and on-site work progress. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in coordination with the safety team. Review and verify that construction drawings are executed according to specifications, schedules, and site instructions. Collaborate with other teams (e.g., M&E) to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related qualification. Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in development or construction projects. Good understanding of project development flow, from planning to construction. Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project. Able to work independently as well as within a team. Proactive, committed, and positive attitude towards challenges.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
