Job Description
What You'll Do:
Perform structural analysis and design using steel or GFRP reinforcement (e.g., STARBAR) in compliance with CIDB, MS, ASTM, ACI 440 and Eurocode standards. Prepare construction and shop drawings for structural components such as slabs, beams, columns, retaining walls, bridges, and marine/tunnel structures. Asses material suitability based on load conditions, lifespan, and environmental exposure. Provide technical support for site activities, QA/QC, and troubleshooting during installation. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure proper implementation of structural designs. Support internal training, documentation, and design reports for engineering deliverables.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (recognized by BEM). Minimum 2-5 years of experience in steel or GFRP structural design. Familiar with design standards such as MS, ACI, BS or Eurocode . Proficient in design software (e.g., SAFE, PROTA, MIDAS, AutoCAD ). Knowledge in Geotechnical Engineering is a strong advantage. Understanding of infrastructure projects such as bridges, culverts, retaining structures and tunnel is preferred.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
