Then read on.About the RoleAssess general administrative tasks related to outpatients and inpatient hospitalization claims from Group policyholders utilizing Microsoft Excel/Macro VBA as per stipulated benchmarks and requirements.

• Ensures payment journal and other required documentation are issued in an accurate and timely manner
• Monitors the operation of journals and provides team lead with regular updates on the progress of journals preparation
• Attend all direct follow-up claims from third-party administrators, hospitals or insurers within the agreed timeline.
• Prepare and follow up medical questionnaire, medical reports and letters as and when required by claims assessors
• Perform document verification and uploading of eBills files received from hospitals within agreed timeline
• Handling payment request from internal and external escalation.
• Meeting department and individual quality target, turnaround time and productivity benchmark.
• Assist on general administrative or special tasks as and when required.
• Assist team members within the team as and when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field
• Possesses knowledge or experience in Microsoft Excel/Macro VBA
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
