REPORTING The HR Executive reports to the Manager Human Capital. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for timely, accurate and confidential handling of all personnel related matters. MAIN TASKS Keep the data of personnel, working conditions and employment contracts up-to-date Support activities for the Manager Human Capital. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with Malaysia labor laws and company direction Taking care of all the procedures concerning \'hire and fire\' of employees and temporary workers. Prepare various reports for Senior Management. Response Person for questions relating to human resources and employment. Perform overall monthly payroll exercise ,overtime claims and statutory deductions. Process incoming and outgoing correspondence. Manage personnel matters and benefits related to group health insurance, EPF, SOCSO and tax authorities. Facilitate the implementation of the performance appraisal and appraisal forms. Develop and conduct training programs to help employees understand job responsibilities and upskill Manage and coordinate company sports and recreational activities, HR/ CSR Events To carry out other duties or tasks as assigned by superior from time to time. PROFILE Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent. Preferably 10+ years working experience in HR job function. Knowledge of Malaysian Labor Law such as Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act, EPF etc. and disciplinary procedures Experience dealing with government agencies such as Ministry of Human Resource, Immigration Department etc. Independent, strong interpersonal skills, resourceful with a positive working attitude.
