Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Kuala Lumpur. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for handling HR policies, maintaining HR management systems, administering employee benefits, and providing support on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Excellent understanding of Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures Expertise in HR management, employee benefits, and benefits administration Analytical skills and the ability to create solutions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt to new approaches and a changing environment Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Experience in managing HR issues in a fast-paced environment Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
