Job Description


  • Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management, Commerce, Mass Communications, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Simplified Mandarin Pinyin. Especially possess good oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Working Experience: At least 3 year(s), advanced knowledge of MS Office, priority given to candidate who experience using HR Software Info-Tech, and comfortable learning new technology systems as needed. worked in audit firm before.
  • Qualities: Independent team player with strong time management skills, Self-motivated, pro-active, matured & possess \'can do\' positive attitude, and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Knowledge: Understanding data privacy standards and deep comprehension of business principles and practices.
  • Skills: Superior attention to detail, exceptional organizational and planning skills, and proficiency in research, analysis, and critical thinking.
  • Integrity: Command respect from senior management; uphold high integrity.
  • Priority given to candidate who good understanding of the employment act, industrial relation act, and other related employment laws.
  • Experience in Human Resources Generalist including Recruitment & Hiring Process.
Responsibilities
  • In charge of payroll administration - E.P.F, SOCSO, HRDF, Income Tax and to make all necessary co-ordination with
30 employees to ensure smooth and efficient payroll processing. * Prepare staff correspondence letter, ensure that all staff personal files are properly maintained and staff info are up to date and updated to HR System. E-Leave System setup and maintenance, and communication part for leave matter.
  • Handle ad-hoc general office administration, travel arrangement, stationeries supply & facilities maintenance.
  • Manage recruitment programs and process and maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related interview communication. Initiate active sourcing for all open vacancy within recruitment KPI and make sure all new hire information are recorded in New Hire tracker.
  • Draft and update of documents such as organization charts, employee handbook, performance appraisal forms, SOP, policies, memos and other HR related documents.
