Are you passionate about people and organizational development Fiskor Food is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to support our dynamic team. Responsibilities Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screenings, and interviews Manage onboarding and orientation procedures for new hires Oversee HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and handling documentation Calculate and verify employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations Support in developing HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees Address employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters Collaborate with the Director to systematically manage the business\'s HR policy Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Have own transportation as office is based in Klang [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-fiskor-food-sdn-bhd-job-human-resources-executive]
