Job Responsibilities Responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment process: sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations. Responsible to drive the Internship Program and University engagement activities. To handle the entire process of internal training and ensure all training records are up to date. Conduct new staff orientation activities. To check, process and administer staff claims in accordance with company procedures and policies. Oversee office equipment and supplies, ensuring their availability and functionality. Provide comprehensive personal assistant, administrative and secretarial support to Director. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks if required. Who\'re We Looking For Possess at least Diploma/Degree or any professional qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or equivalent. Preferably 2-4 year(s) of relevant working experience in human resource generalist role. Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel or any other computer literacy skills. Candidate with Talent Acquisition experience will be added advantage. Preferably those who is good at time management skills and able to work under minimum supervision.
