Human Resources Executive supports the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. Responsibilities Facilitates administrative processes related but not limited to Human Resources, Learning and Sustainability activities. Actively supports the process of talent acquisition. Maintains a comprehensive documentation system in the department. Coordinates and encourages participations in continuous associates\' relations initiatives. Provides value-added support to fellow associates regarding operations of the department at any time required. Maintains the position of a desirable workplace through ongoing upkeep of associates facilities and communication channels. Requirements 1 or 2 years of working experience in similar capacity in hospitality industry will be an added advantage Pleasant personality Good interpersonal skill and team-oriented person Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally Must have the right to work in Malaysia -
