Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
• Good communication skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Must be proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Able to work independently and can multi-task.

Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

• Facilitate new employee orientations and onboarding.
• Manage the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, advertising vacancies, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Maintain a healthy hiring pipeline.
• Prepare and maintain employee handbook, company work rules, and other HR documents.
• helping with decision-making when needed, ensuring that candidates join our company smoothly and aimed at attracting, motivating, and retaining talent.
