Job Summary: The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function for Digital Labs Malaysia, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role will dual report to the Deputy Director for M1 HR and Country Head, M1 Malaysia, to support local and regional business objectives, and ensure the company\'s HR policies align with the local culture and laws. This role will also partner with Centre of Excellence teams in Singapore for overseeing the manpower needs of Digital Labs Malaysia. Key Responsibilities: Implement HR policies and procedures that align with local laws and company objectives. Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with local laws and company objectives. Manage recruitment activities - from selection efforts, vetting job descriptions, posting vacancies, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues Manage employee benefits and compensation programs. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and facilitate organizational growth and change. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues related to Malaysia HR Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field At least 5-8 years of HR management experience, in Malaysia. Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations is a must. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Ability to analyze and interpret data to make sound HR decisions. Experience in managing employee relations and performance management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
