Job Description


The Human Resource/Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive Human Resources and General Administration functions within the company & will be reporting to the Senior HR/Admin Manager.Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the recruitment of both local and foreign workers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the application of work permits for foreign workers and expatriate staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 As liaison officer to government departments on all government matters such as Immigration, KDN, local council etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 In charge of all IR matters, union management, and discipline management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Overseas security guard\xe2\x80\x99s section, canteen management & general housekeeping \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the Senior HR/Admin Manager on all matters relating to the HR and Administration department. \xe2\x80\xa2 In charge of HR Admin department\xe2\x80\x99s ISO matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 With >3-5 Years of experience in related fields as a Human Resources Admin Manager in manufacturing industries. \xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth knowledge of labor laws, immigration regulations, Industrial Relations, and HR best practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication, interpersonal & leadership skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
