Job Description

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and coordinate all cleaning activities within Site in Compliance with Client Team's scope and standards

Ensure all assigned areas are clean, safe, and presentable to the standards of a premium-grade commercial property.

Maintain daily supervision of day and night shifts, ensuring manpower attendance, task allocation and quality assurance

Conduct daily site inspections of all tenanted and common areas.

Supervise Cleaning teams for office areas, toilets, pantry, lift lobbies and common zones according to the prescribed frequencies.

Verify availability and restocking of cleaning supplies, chemical and consumables.

Supervise day and night cleaners, including float teams.

Log and update all SRs in the Service Request System, ensuring 95% completion by the nominated date.

Act as the first-level contact for WHS matters and ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 2022.

Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Able to work independently with the minimum supervision.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Office & MS Words.

Strong organization skills with a problem solving attitude.

Willing to work in Bukit Bintang area

Possess own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
