Organized filling system & managed documentation in proper record.
Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the management.
Assist in general office administrative support activities.
Assist in all general administrative work and documentation filling.
Ensure system transaction and data entry are updated into system on time.
Send daily DO Pending report to inter related department.
On time submission of document, such as, DO, Packing List etc to Finance department.
Compile and submit leave, MC and unpaired clock to HR department.
Filling and storage of documentation.
Work closely with related department to solve problematic documents.
Requirements:
Must possess SPM with passes in Mathematic or Diploma Certificate.
Able to write and speak in simple English and Bahasa Melayu.
Preferably with a few experiences in similar field but fresh school leaver will be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
