Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in related field.
At least 5 years working experience in handling project site is required for this position.
Positive working attitude, aggressive, strong discipline, able to work independently and proactive.
Good command of spoken and written Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Preferably Chinese speaking candidate to cater the related group of people.

Tanggungjawab

Responsible for all inspection and supervisory roles over the construction works.
To create proper documentation of all activities on site.
Ensure contractors complies with construction drawings and specifications.
To make sure that the quality of work and workmanship conform to the required standards.
To prepare reports to management on the progress of the work and the problem areas encountered, especially concerning defective, outstanding, non-conforming, delayed and non-safe works;
Involved in defective work inspection & identification and recommend solutions.
Coordinate effectively with various contractors, consultants & authorities on all site matters and ect.
