We are hiring: Clerk of Work (C&S / M&E / Architectural) - multiple roles available!

:

Civil and Structural (C&S) /

Architectural

Assist in coordination of works accordance to work procedure, times and quality requirements Coordinating consultants' drawings and highlight discrepancies if any To ensure that the quality of work and workmanship conform to the required standard and the material used is strictly in accordance to specification and required standard. To ensure works are executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plans and procedures To notify contractor on work which does not comply to required quality standard, construction drawing and specification. To issue Site Memo and highlight a concern to the awarded contractor if the work done not as per contract award. To verify the daily reports, progress reports, or any other related documentation, upkeep inspection forms, and control of quality records. Liaising with contractors, engineers, and surveyors. Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations. Able to work independently as a good Clerk of Work with minimal supervision. Perform any other job responsibilities assigned by the Management as and when required.

Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)

Inspecting construction work and comparing it with drawings and specifications. Measuring and quality checking on building materials. Identifying defects and suggesting ways to correct them. Inform relevant consultants & company on the issuance of NCR (Non Compliance Report) to contractor if the work done is not compliance to the building contract and specification. Keeping detailed records of work. Referring to plans and taking photographs of work, along with measurements and samples. Liaising with contractors, engineers and surveyors. Ensure safety at work.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added advantage) Experience in

high-rise residential projects

is a must Preferably with a valid

Inspector of Work (IOW) license

registered with Board Of Engineering Malaysia (BEM) Willing to work on-site at

Taman Molek, Johor

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
