Job Description

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all civil and structural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes of practice. Apply sound knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems to support and integrate multidisciplinary site activities. Monitor construction progress and quality, promptly identifying and reporting any deviations, issues, or required changes to the project team. Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed records of completed works and site progress. Liaise effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve technical or logistical challenges. Provide technical guidance and support to the site team to ensure seamless project execution. Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all site operations.

Requirements

Minimum

5 years of experience

as a

Clerk of Works

or in a similar capacity within civil and structural engineering projects. Strong understanding of

construction methods, materials, and industry standards

. Solid technical expertise in

civil and structural engineering principles

. Proficient understanding of

Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems

and their integration with civil structures. Excellent

communication, coordination, and stakeholder management

skills. Ability to

read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents

. Competent in preparing

clear, detailed, and professional reports

. Proficient in

construction management software and digital tools

. Strong

problem-solving and decision-making

capabilities. Possess a

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering

or a related discipline.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
