Job Description

What You'll Do:

Assist in the daily supervision of construction works in progress at site to ensure quality and timeliness as in the schedule. Provide assistance to any site problems and propose solution that may arise from time to time in all M&E related matters. Conduct periodic checks on works and liaise frequently with contractors, subcontractors and consultants to ensure construction works achieve high standard of quality and workmanship. Record and monitor all matters pertaining to construction activities and progress of work. Ensure delivery of materials are as specified and on time. Coordinate and discuss with all relevant parties, internal and external, onsite matter in order to ensure that the project is delivered as per scheduled. Examine work complies with legal requirements and health & safelty legislation, update shortfall observed to the attention on the Project Manager for all M&E related matters.

What We're Looking For:

Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 5 years in site supervision with property developer or contractor. Familiar with building regulation, construction technique, material, testing & inspection procedure. Familiar with M&E works. Initial 1-year contract with potential for renewal or conversion to permanent, subject to performance and project needs.

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
