Tasks and duties

  • Perform general office duties, including printing, copying, scanning, and filing.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Prepare Invoice & Delivery Order/documents
  • Assist department head on their daily task
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma
  • Required language(s) to communicate & written : English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience
  • Excellent communicator and strong team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month Benefits:

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Perai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

  • Clerical: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
  • English (Preferred)
