Sale Clerk
We are looking for a Sales Clerk to join our team and help customers find the items they are looking for along with answering any questions they have during their time shopping in our store.
Location: Lot 413, Batu 13 1/2, JST 54, Sungai Tiram, Johor, 81800 Ulu Tiram Johor
Working Hours: 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.00pm (6day/week)
Job responsibility:

  • Greeting customers and helping them find specific products within the store
  • Answered customer questions about store merchandise
  • Taking inventory of products and restocking shelves as needed and managing the Inventory system to administer refunds or process payments for customers
  • Enter sales data and customer data into the company database
  • Processed customer orders on the cash register.
  • Keep records of special orders
Requirement and skill
  • Female Chinese are priority (able to communicate and understand Malay language)
  • Good work attitude and responsible
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented and friendly
  • If no experience, will train
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
