Responsibilities

\xef\xbf\xbd To handle loan documentation for most banks, including end-financing cases for developer projects and sub-sales
\xef\xbf\xbd To handle Discharge of Charge, Perfection of Transfers and Charge and to assist lawyers in all sub-sale matters and/or other
conveyancing matters
\xef\xbf\xbd To regularly update financier\xef\xbf\xbds online systems
\xef\xbf\xbd To handle developer project sale and purchase agreements
\xef\xbf\xbd To be able to liaise with clients, banks, relevant government authorities and developer
\xef\xbf\xbd Raise payment voucher and invoices, follow up on payment of invoices in a timely manner and etc.
\xef\xbf\xbd Other Ad-hoc assignments as required.



Requirements

\xef\xbf\xbd Minimum 2 years experience
\xef\xbf\xbd Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or
equivalent.
\xef\xbf\xbd Vast experience in loan documentation for end-financing cases
\xef\xbf\xbd Fluent in English and BM, both written and spoken
\xef\xbf\xbd Able to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage
\xef\xbf\xbd Good computing skills
\xef\xbf\xbd Hardworking, responsible and be able to work well in a team
\xef\xbf\xbd Able to start work immediately
\xef\xbf\xbd Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience
