Job Description


1. Finance Administration: Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping, and basic financial tasks such as managing invoices, receipts, and expense reports for multiple entities.2. Office Organization: Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies.3. Document Preparation: Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.4. Team Support: Provide support to other team members as needed.Responsibilities1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.2. Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.3. Software Skills: Proficiency in SQL software & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).4. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.5. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.6. Training will be provided.Benefits
